Since I was young, I’ve naturally served as a bridge—helping people find clarity, connection, and common ground in their relationships. Friends, family, and even strangers would open up to me about their challenges, and I found deep joy in holding space, offering guidance, and helping them feel seen.

Eight years ago, I followed that calling more intentionally by taking my first of many Nonviolent Communication (NVC) trainings. I’ve since become a certified NVC mediator, and I now support individuals, couples, co-parents, families, and collaborators in cultivating more understanding, trust, and connection in their lives.

Each session begins with a grounding meditation, intuitively tailored to your energy and needs that day. From there, we explore what’s alive for you—with curiosity, care, and compassion. I bring a trauma-informed, client-centered approach that weaves together:

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Guided empathy and emotional attunement

  • Reframing and pattern awareness

  • Role-playing and real-life scenario practice

  • Simple communication tools you can use in everyday life

This isn’t just about talking—it’s about practicing new ways of being, expressing, listening, and relating. I’ll support you in untangling emotional knots, understanding your deeper needs, and showing up more clearly and compassionately in your relationships—starting with the one you have with yourself.

This 10-session package is for those ready to deepen self-understanding and bring more compassion into their relationships—starting from within.

In each session, we’ll gently uncover the feelings, needs, and unconscious patterns that shape how you relate to yourself and others. Through guided empathy, we’ll create space for your inner experience to be seen, held, and understood. You’ll also learn communication tools to help you navigate real-life conversations with more clarity, emotional honesty, and care.

Whether you're healing from past dynamics, preparing for brave conversations, or wanting to embody compassion in a deeper way, this series offers support, reflection, and real transformation.
